About The Position

GreenLite is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to embed with their operations, finance, and sales teams. The primary goal is to significantly enhance team productivity through the strategic implementation of AI. This role involves identifying time-consuming workflows and developing custom AI solutions, including Claude skills, prompts, and Cowork automations, to reduce processing times from hours to minutes. For tasks not achievable within Claude, development will occur in OpenClaw. This is a hands-on role focused on direct user interaction, rapid iteration, and ensuring AI solutions are adopted and utilized. The engineer will own the entire lifecycle from discovery and building to enablement, adoption, and measurement. The position is initially a 6-month contract with potential for conversion to full-time based on performance.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in working with people, not just code
  • CS degree or equivalent technical background (bootcamp, self-taught with shipped work, adjacent technical role)
  • 1–3 years of professional experience
  • Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Experience writing code, integrating APIs, and debugging own work

Responsibilities

  • Embed with ops, finance, and sales teams to identify the highest-friction, highest-frequency workflows worth automating
  • Build custom Claude skills, prompts, and Cowork automations that solve real problems for real people
  • Run training, office hours, and 1:1 enablement to ensure adoption
  • Measure what works by tracking usage, time saved, and qualitative wins, and discontinue ineffective solutions
  • Own documentation and team handoff, maintaining clear records of all built assets and ensuring internal team ownership for maintenance and extension
  • Surface patterns from internal automations to the Product team, identifying potential features for the GreenLite product
  • Act as a liaison between AI capabilities and the practical needs of the teams
