About The Position

First Call is building an AI services practice focused on helping organizations safely adopt, govern, and apply AI to improve how people think, work, decide, and operate. This practice spans AI strategy, approved tools, governance, workforce development, trusted organizational knowledge, agents, workflows, automation, and ongoing managed AI enablement. We are looking for an AI Enablement Director to help mature a repeatable, scalable practice. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who likes turning emerging technology into practical business capability.

  • A four-year degree can be helpful, but demonstrated ability matters more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day development and delivery of First Call’s AI Services practice.
  • Work directly with clients to assess their current state, identify AI value opportunities, build practical roadmaps, and guide them from AI experimentation to a governed, AI-enabled organization.
  • Translate learnings into repeatable services, standards, intellectual property, and recurring managed services for First Call.
  • Lead AI assessments, strategizers, workshops, and client roadmap engagements.
  • Assist organizations in establishing approved AI platforms and practical governance.
  • Develop AI-capable leaders, employees, and internal AI Champions.
  • Help clients organize trusted knowledge for AI contextual understanding.
  • Identify and deliver practical Skills, GPTs, assistants, lightweight agents, workflows, and automations.
  • Lead quarterly AI steering conversations and assist clients in prioritizing high-value initiatives.
  • Coordinate with First Call Security Services, Professional Services, MSP, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development.
  • Transform successful pilots and client work into documented standards, templates, delivery methods, and reusable intellectual property.
  • Define and continuously improve First Call’s Managed AI Enablement offering.
  • Stay current on meaningful changes across major AI platforms (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini), automation platforms, and the broader AI ecosystem.
  • Contribute as a member of the executive and management leadership team.
