About The Position

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is seeking an AI-Enabled Software Engineer for Oracle SCM modernization in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on applying AI throughout the software development lifecycle to transform how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, and supported. This is broader than a dedicated testing role and combines Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise with AI-enabled engineering practices. The engineer will use AI in activities spanning requirements analysis and design, code generation and refactoring, testing and regression strategies, DevOps, code review, documentation, deployment, and operational support. The role aligns with the client’s Supply Chain AIFC strategy and broader AI transformation goals. Candidates should be able to quantify outcomes from AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower testing effort, or faster issue resolution.

Requirements

12 years of experience.
Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise.
Hands-on experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle.
Experience with AI-assisted requirements analysis and design.
Experience with AI-driven code generation and refactoring.
Experience with AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows is especially valuable.
Ability to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption.
