AI DevOps Operations Lead
About The Position
FAM Brands is seeking an AI DevOps Operations Lead to own the operational governance, monitoring, reliability, cost management, and scalability of AI systems across the enterprise. This role is crucial as FAM deploys more AI-enabled workflows and integrations, making AI Operations a strategic function. This individual will be one of two foundational pillars of FAM's emerging modern infrastructure and technology leadership team, working alongside the Senior AI Architect to establish the operational and engineering leadership foundation needed for sustainable scaling. The role requires active engagement with the business to understand scaling requirements, identify operational friction points, and design production-ready AI solutions. The core mission is to build and mature the operational backbone for scaling AI systems, integrations, and automation services, while partnering with the business, educating stakeholders, and ensuring AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and production-grade.

- Own AI operations as a strategic function, not just an engineering support role
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and address scaling requirements
- Serve as an internal educator and advocate for Claude and operational AI best practices
Responsibilities
- Own the operational governance, monitoring, reliability, cost management, and scalability of AI systems across the enterprise.
- Build and mature the operational backbone required to scale AI systems, integrations, and automation services.
- Actively partner with the business to identify operational opportunities.
- Educate internal stakeholders on AI platform capabilities.
- Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and production-grade.
- Implement CI/CD and AI deployment pipelines.
- Manage AI Operations including governance, monitoring, reliability, cost management, and scalability.
- Oversee infrastructure automation and cloud operations.
- Implement observability and secure deployment practices.
- Operationalize AI services using Anthropic Claude and complementary platforms.
- Identify operational scaling opportunities through business-facing engagement.
- Provide internal AI education, advocacy, and platform knowledge sharing.
- Build repeatable, enterprise-grade deployment and delivery patterns.
- Contribute to roadmap development from an operational and infrastructure perspective.
- Build and lead an operational engineering capability as the team grows.
