About The Position
Ericsson is a large company, but our team is small, empowered and entrepreneurial. Each of us is involved in multiple aspects of software development; from design to coding to test automation. We own the technology direction for our software & chose our development tools. We define & evolve our ways of working in development. We are nimble and quickly implement our user’s prioritized functionality. The selected candidate will help implement AI proof of concepts, prototypes and projects supporting our digital transformation activities. The intended impacts include the automation and simplification of the workflow for hundreds of people in Ericsson and a major reduction in lead times for our customers.
Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in artificial intelligence/machine learning, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and also in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, etc…
- Experience with several of the following machine learning technologies, frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, TensorFlow Federated, PyTorch, scikit-learn, hopsworks, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, etc…
- Strong ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience in software development and software integration.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g., GitLab or similar).
- Bilingual French and English is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Join requirements and design discussions
- Help with the data pre-processing, feature engineering and model architecture decisions
- Contribute to the implementation, training and evaluation of new AI models
- Develop and integrate related software components to deliver complete working solutions
