We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled AI Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. As an AI Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive business value and innovation. You bring deep technical experience across IT systems along with focused expertise in AI and ML technologies. You are analytical, curious, and passionate about applying data-driven solutions to complex problems. You work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. You continuously stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • 3+ years of focused experience designing and developing AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages used in AI development.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with data processing, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and version control is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve business and operational challenges.
  • Build, train, test, and deploy models using structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and platforms.
  • Develop data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model evaluation frameworks.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
  • Document solutions, algorithms, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Monitor deployed models and continuously improve them based on performance metrics and feedback.
