Do you stay up to date on the latest AI technologies and have the ability to transform business needs into practical, scalable AI solutions? We are seeking an AI Developer to develop, deploy, and manage models that automate processes or uncover insights from data. This position emphasizes creating robust AI applications using contemporary machine learning, generative AI, and advanced data infrastructure tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years building production software or ML systems
• Proficient in Python, C#, TypeScript; Java or C++ a plus
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Familiar with large language models and generative AI
• Strong grasp of statistics, machine learning, and model evaluation
• Experience developing scalable systems and APIs
• Knowledge of data engineering and large dataset handling
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Skilled in building LLM applications (RAG, agents, semantic search, copilots)
• Proficient with vector databases and embedding pipelines
• Experienced in MLOps and model lifecycle management
• Knowledgeable about AI orchestration frameworks and agent systems
• Familiar with containerization and cloud platforms, especially Azure; also AWS/GCP
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems or GPU training

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML systems for practical use
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Build LLM-based agents, RAG systems, and conversational apps
• Maintain scalable pipelines for data ingestion, training, and inference
• Apply automated model training, monitoring, and deployment best practices
• Optimize model performance and cost in production
• Integrate AI into software, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams to shape AI solutions
• Keep current on AI technologies, frameworks, and research
• Document architectures and implementations for internal use
