About The Position

This role builds the intelligence layer behind the rapid scaling of Midwest Express Clinic across the Midwest. It is focused on building systems that drive real-time decisions and actions, rather than being a dashboard role. The AI Data Systems Lead will own the build and scaling of a Snowflake + Python data ecosystem, including real-time alerts for clinic performance, staffing, and volumes, daily command center outputs for field leaders, AI-driven call intelligence systems, and predictive staffing + demand models. The goal is to turn data into actionable outputs, not just reports.

Requirements

• Snowflake expertise
• Python expertise
• SQL expertise
• Experience building data systems + pipelines
• Experience with APIs, automation, AI tools
• Strong operational/business mindset
• Must be based in the Chicago area
• Able to work in-market with clinical and operational leaders

Responsibilities
