About The Position

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly experienced AI, Data Analytics & Practice Sales Executive to drive growth and client transformation initiatives in the Banking & Financial Services sector. This role combines deep expertise in Data, Analytics, and AI with strong sales leadership, helping clients define strategy, modernize data platforms, and realize business value through innovative solutions.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or AI.
5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Proven success leading large-scale enterprise data and analytics transformation programs.
Strong track record of originating, shaping, and winning large consulting or technology deals.
Deep expertise in Data, Analytics, and/or AI with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Experience developing business cases, facilitating executive workshops, and presenting to senior leadership.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
Self-motivated professional capable of operating as both an individual contributor and team seller.
Minimum 10 years of sales, business development, or client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for Data, Analytics, and AI services within Consumer Goods and Retail accounts.
Build trusted relationships with CDOs, CXOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
Lead pre-sales activities, including discovery, solutioning, proposals, presentations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with global, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop winning strategies and compelling value propositions.
Provide thought leadership on AI, analytics modernization, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data transformation.
Lead assessments, workshops, PoCs, pilots, and strategic consulting engagements.
Design integrated Data, Analytics, and AI solutions aligned to client business objectives.
Support large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
Gather market and client insights to enhance offerings and drive innovation.
