Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in technology, data, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience in technology, innovation, or data strategy roles.
Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and the technology utilized in engineering, survey, and environmental consulting.
Proven track record in directing data governance initiatives and facilitating AI adoption.
Experience with research and development or innovation intake programs.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance.

Interface with the IT Manager to ensure that data governance and AI initiatives align with infrastructure, security and technology lifecycle strategies.
