As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for troubleshooting VRs and Gloves, traveling back and forth to the site to retrieve SD cards for daily ingestion, and transporting equipment to and from the site. You will be inspecting and watching data collection of TMs, and can work with minimal to no supervision, including working overnights. You will also respond to client chats and report data collection status. The Teammate (Data Collection Operator) will be at the forefront of AI innovation, performing tasks within controlled, staged environments (such as residential or lab spaces) to help gather high-quality data. Key Responsibilities for Teammates include Hardware Operation (wearing and operating advanced wearable technology, including AR/VR headsets and motion capture hardware, for extended periods), Active Capture (performing scripted everyday activities and physical tasks), Protocol Adherence (following precise technical guidelines, scenario scripts, and taxonomies), Quality Control & Maintenance (performing real-time checks on datasets for accuracy and assisting with basic equipment maintenance), and Compliance (following strict site security protocols).

Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers and AR/VR devices
  • Ability to stand, move, and wear equipment for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • A strong ability to follow precise instructions and maintain focus over repetitive task sequences
  • Reliable transportation is required to travel to various local facility sites
  • Comfortable working in diverse, non-traditional work environments
