Gamma is growing fast, and paid acquisition is one of the biggest levers we have. The constraint isn't budget — it's creative. The companies winning in AI are testing hundreds of ads a month. Most teams ship a handful. You'll own the system that closes that gap. This is a build-and-operate role. You'll design and run the pipeline that takes a brief and produces production-ready static and video ads at a volume no traditional creative team can match, pairing AI generation with real editorial judgment and a real QA bar. You'll work closely with our media buyers and creative strategist to keep fresh creative in test around the clock, read the data to understand which ads moved CPA, and feed those learnings directly back into what you produce next. If you think production throughput is an engineering problem and you'd rather build the machine than hand-craft one perfect asset, this role was designed for you. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
