We are looking for an AI Creative Director to lead the shift to AI-powered creativity across a globally distributed marketing and creative team, spanning brand, advertising, social creative, presentations, print, landing pages, client-facing materials, and other high-value creative outputs. Pivotal to this will be to combine hands-on creative direction, advanced AI capability, and brand stewardship. This role shapes how generative tools are embedded into creative workflows, helping teams improve speed, quality, consistency, and creative range while translating brand strategy into practical systems, assets, templates, examples, and guardrails. The role is based in Santiago (Chile) under a hybrid model.
