About The Position

ElevenLabs is seeking an AI Creative Director to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them integrate and utilize ElevenLabs' creative AI tools into their production workflows. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role that sits at the intersection of creative expertise and product knowledge. The successful candidate will demonstrate to customers how to use the tools, build workflows, and create templates to ensure successful adoption. The role involves partnering with customers' creative and production teams to understand their existing pipelines, identify opportunities for AI integration, and showcase possibilities through practical application. Responsibilities include creating reference content, prototyping workflows, and producing case studies. The role also involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence the product roadmap. The ideal candidate possesses deep creative production experience and a strong understanding of AI creative tools, actively working alongside customers to build and demonstrate best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a creative production, creative technology, or creative direction role - at an agency, studio, production house, or technology company
• A portfolio of shipped creative work that demonstrates strong taste, technical skill, and storytelling ability
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools - you actively use generative AI for image, video, audio, or text production and can demonstrate real output
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams in a consulting, solutions, or embedded capacity
• Strong understanding of creative production pipelines - video, audio, motion graphics, dubbing, localization, or similar
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear creative opportunities for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ElevenLabs products specifically - Text to Speech, Dubbing, Studio, Image & Video, or Flows
• A public presence as a creator or thought leader in AI-powered creative production
• Experience at a creative agency or in-house creative lab at a technology company
• Background in localization, dubbing, or multilingual content production
• Technical ability to prototype integrations or workflows using APIs

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their creative production pipelines and identify where ElevenLabs tools create the most value
• Build and demonstrate AI-powered creative workflows - from voice and music generation to image, video, and dubbing - tailored to each customer's use cases
• Create high-quality reference content and prototypes using ElevenLabs products that set the standard for what is possible
• Consult with customer creative and production leads, translating technical capabilities into concrete creative and business opportunities
• Design reusable workflow templates, guides, and best practices that accelerate customer adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer needs, inform the roadmap, and close gaps between what customers need and what the platform delivers
• Produce case studies and success stories that document customer outcomes and can be used across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Educate and train customer teams on ElevenLabs tools, running workshops and hands-on sessions
• Act as a creative evangelist for ElevenLabs externally - at events, in customer conversations, and through published work that demonstrates the creative potential of our platform
