About The Position

The GenAI Content Marketing Strategist – Agent Builder supports the configuration, testing, optimization, and ongoing development of AI agents within Aura, TransPerfect Digital’s AI marketing operating system. This is a hands-on role for a digital marketer with 2–3 years of experience who is comfortable working with Generative AI, content workflows, prompt development, and client requirements. The role will work closely with Aura product, strategy, client services, and digital marketing teams to translate real-world marketing use cases into effective AI agents. The ideal candidate combines strong digital content fundamentals with curiosity and practical experience using Generative AI tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, copywriting, content operations, SEO, social, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in English , both verbal and written
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for marketing, content, research, or workflow use cases.
• Ability to translate a business or marketing requirement into structured prompts, instructions, workflows, and repeatable processes.
• Strong understanding of what makes digital content clear, relevant, on-brand, audience-appropriate, and effective.
• Experience working with brand guidelines, content standards, editorial requirements, or structured marketing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Interest in developing expertise in Aura, AI agent building, and enterprise AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Comfortable testing AI outputs, identifying patterns and errors, documenting findings, and iterating toward better results.
• Able to work effectively with product, strategy, client services, technology, and marketing teams and communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple agent builds, testing cycles, deliverables, and deadlines with appropriate guidance and support.
• Strong curiosity about Generative AI and a willingness to rapidly learn new models, tools, features, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the build, configuration, testing, and optimization of client-specific AI agents within Aura.
• Translate client requirements, brand guidelines, content standards, workflows, and use cases into clear agent instructions, prompts, knowledge inputs, and testing criteria.
• Support Aura agent use cases across content creation, adaptation, optimization, research, compliance and governance review, and other digital marketing workflows.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts and agent workflows to improve output quality, consistency, accuracy, and usability.
• Conduct structured QA and testing of Aura agents, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and document recommended changes.
• Work with senior strategists, product teams, and client-facing teams to support successful Aura implementations and ongoing agent enhancements.
• Help organize and prepare client materials, brand guidelines, examples, reference content, and other inputs required to configure and train Aura agents.
• Support client onboarding, demonstrations, training, and documentation related to Aura and configured agents.
• Track agent performance and user feedback and help identify opportunities to improve prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, and outputs.
• Stay current on Generative AI tools, models, prompting techniques, and emerging marketing applications, bringing relevant learnings back into Aura agent development.
