About The Position

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in various sectors like EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, and FashionTech. They are looking for an AI Content Manager for Leaply, a fast-growing wellness ecosystem launched in 2024 that helps people build healthier habits. Leaply values ownership and impact. The AI Content Manager will own the creation, production, and scaling of content within the Leaply app, which includes structured practice plans, guided sessions, and daily prompts. This role involves partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape the user experience and design workflows and AI pipelines for efficient content production. The goal is to create a future where a healthy lifestyle happens automatically.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in content roles at consumer product companies (e.g., subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming).
• Systems thinker with experience building content at scale through repeatable processes.
• AI-native with experience shipping at least one AI workflow that measurably improved content output.
• English fluency with near-native writing quality.
• Cross-functional operator comfortable with product dashboards and collaboration tools.
• Track record of ownership, having taken a content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10.

Nice To Haves

• Second language fluency (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).
• Background in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science.
• Video production experience (scripting, directing, editing).
• Experience with localization at scale.

Responsibilities

• Content design: Shape how plans are structured, how content modules fit together, and how personalization is applied.
• Cross-functional product work: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers on content-dependent features.
• AI-powered production: Build workflows that use AI for tasks like script generation and voiceover automation to multiply output.
• Quality and localization: Set content quality standards and ensure quality is maintained across different languages during expansion.
• Measurable impact: Use product data to inform decisions on content development, impacting retention and engagement.
• Production coordination: Oversee content production from brief to finished asset, collaborating with internal and external resources.
