This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection. As an AI Composer, you will play a key role in bringing AI solutions from concept to reality by developing automations, copilots, and intelligent workflows that drive measurable business impact. Your work will help teams operate more efficiently, unlock new capabilities through AI, and accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI is practically applied to solve real business challenges at scale.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience developing software applications, automation solutions, AI-enabled technologies, or business process workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience developing solutions using technologies such as Python, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated background in backend IT operations, including Azure administration, web hosting, identity management, and support of enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience integrating applications and services through APIs, connectors, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or other enterprise AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and data privacy considerations.
  • Experience with containerization technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS environments, or modern cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee productivity.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-value opportunities for automation and deliver impactful AI-enabled solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, applications, and workflows to drive operational effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI applications, automations, and integrations that support evolving business needs.
  • Leverage generative AI, copilots, and workflow technologies to simplify processes and create better user experiences.
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with established governance and data privacy standards.
  • Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting, optimizing, and continuously improving AI-enabled solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending new capabilities that create business value.
