About The Position

The AI Business Transformation Analyst II ensures enterprise artificial intelligence investments deliver measurable organizational and member value. The role develops and operationalizes the AI Value Realization Framework, establishes consistent standards for defining and measuring outcomes, and partners with initiative owners to apply the framework across the AI portfolio. Working across business, technology, finance, procurement, risk, and portfolio management teams, the analyst maintains value metrics and reporting, evaluates progress against expected outcomes, and communicates performance insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders. The role also supports AI investment planning and funding governance by developing Lean Business Cases, funding requests, forecasts, and recommendations that connect investment decisions to measurable value. Conduct complex work with latitude for independent judgment and decision making.

Requirements

Experience developing, implementing, or operationalizing value realization, benefits realization, performance measurement, or portfolio measurement frameworks
Experience defining business value measures, key performance indicators, baselines, targets, data sources, ownership, and reporting standards
Advanced skill in developing dashboards, portfolio reports, and executive communications that convey AI investment performance, business outcomes, and value realization
Experience supporting AI or technology portfolio investment planning, program funding, financial analysis, business case development, forecasting, or funding governance
Experience developing or reviewing Lean Business Cases, cost estimates, forecasts, funding requests, investment recommendations, or financial approval materials
Experience driving capability roadmap and prioritization with business stakeholders
Experience in the banking/financial services industry and deep understanding of industry trends, products, and services
Experience in organizational transformation, digital journeys, customer experience
Knowledge of and significant experience with end to end MVP product and capability delivery
Ability to independently plan, organize, and lead large and complex efforts
Advanced skill in driving alignment and consensus across broad working groups from junior to executive stakeholder groups
Advanced skill in relationship management horizontally across multiple business and technology functions and sources of requirements inputs, including but not limited to senior business stakeholders, journey execution leads, goal owners, product owners, solution architects, etc.
Advanced change management skills and the ability to influence others and set priorities around constant change
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Responsibilities

Lead the development and operationalization of the AI Value Realization Framework and ensure portfolio initiatives define measurable outcomes aligned to strategic priorities
Monitor portfolio initiative adherence to the AI Value Realization Framework and identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions needed to strengthen value realization
Define and maintain value metrics, baselines, targets, calculation methodologies, data sources, ownership, and reporting standards across the AI portfolio
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reports that communicate AI investment performance, realized value, and expected outcomes across the organization
Develop and review Lean Business Cases, funding requests, cost estimates, forecasts, investment recommendations, and supporting approval materials for AI initiatives
Track portfolio funding, expenditures, commitments, requisitions, transfers, forecast changes, and financial risks in coordination with finance, procurement, and portfolio management partners
Provide thought leadership on business transformation driven by new technology capability builds while balancing the trade-offs between solution options
Drive for end-to-end solutions that deliver transformational member value rapidly in iterative releases of new analytics and technology solutions
Evangelize the "art of the possible" mindset across the enterprise and ensure we are transforming not only technology but also the way the enterprise considers solving business challenges with technology
Liaise between business/journey leads/goal owners/product owners and development teams
Solve business problems by defining robust solutions via interviewing stakeholders, identifying and evaluating alternatives with a focus on transformative capabilities, and presenting findings
Create and present executive summaries of requirements for senior stakeholders
Influence and negotiate prioritization of delivery across numerous business areas across the enterprise
Understand enterprise technology roadmaps across multiple business stakeholders and synthesize frequently changing inputs, priorities, and dependencies
Stay abreast of latest FinTech and analytics capability trends and technologies
Propose innovative solutions leveraging a combination of existing and emerging data and analytics technologies
Support and enable agile way of working across technical and functional teams
