About The Position

This role will support SK hynix’s new AI initiative, established to identify and create new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure market. SK hynix seeks to leverage the broad range of capabilities and products to address the top critical challenges in AI infrastructure. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven candidate for our AI Infrastructure Solutions Strategy team. As a vital member of the team, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the future direction of SK hynix’s strategy and new business creation efforts. In this challenging and highly visible role, this individual will support strategic decision-making by leading projects related to market analysis, emerging technology trends, and the identification of business opportunities as it relates to the pursuit of establishing new and strengthening existing business endeavors. This role requires experience in the AI application industry, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders on highly visible and time-sensitive projects.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in strategy, business development, market analysis, or a related field.
  • BS in STEM field preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to derive intelligence from complex information.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Fluent (Native) in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Working experience in AI inferencing and application industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Korean.
  • General knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including hardware, software, and emerging market and technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Research and gather information on AI companies’ technical and business trends toward AI.
  • Conduct deep dives into potential AI inferencing applications across diverse vertical domains.
  • Develop company profile based on thorough analysis (business and tech) for major companies in the AI value chain.
  • Develop and manage customer/partner relationship database.
  • Assist team members in identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop reports, presentations, prepare and run meetings, and update technology summaries to C-level executives.
