About The Position

Extenteam is an AI-powered company in the short-term rental/property management space, building and operating guest communications software. The founder has a backlog of ideas and needs a builder who loves to code to bring them to life. This role involves using Claude Code as the primary interface to build various AI-driven solutions and internal automations.

Requirements

Proficiency with Claude Code as a primary interface.
Comfort and speed with Terminal, CLI, and bash.
Experience with GitHub (commits, branches, PRs, basic git hygiene).
Ability to deploy and manage applications on Railway and/or AWS.
Experience with SQL and database connections (PostgreSQL, piping APIs into DBs, reading/writing data).
Ability to read REST API documentation and connect different systems.
Genuine passion for building and coding.
Ability to translate rough ideas or Loom videos into working code.
Fast work pace and clear English communication skills.
Ability to figure things out independently.
Understanding of using Claude Code as a force multiplier.

Responsibilities

Build AI pipelines using Claude API for tasks like QA scoring, prompt chains, and structured outputs.
Develop internal automations to connect systems such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Aircall, and Guesty.
Create agentic workflows for operations teams.
Build MCP servers and tool-use integrations.
Develop data pipelines, web scrapers, and enrichment workflows.
