AI Automation & Workflow Consultant (Senior Living)
About The Position
Applewood Our House is a family-owned provider of residential memory care, operating five small homes in the Denver metro area. We are seeking an experienced AI Automation & Workflow Consultant to help us design and implement practical AI solutions that improve our sales, marketing, admissions, referral development, and operational processes. This is not a theoretical AI strategy role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build workflows, integrate systems, and create measurable efficiencies for our team. Applewood Our House specializes in residential memory care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Our mission is to provide exceptional care in a small-home environment where residents and families feel supported, valued, and known.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing practical AI solutions
- Ability to identify opportunities, build workflows, and integrate systems
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms
- Experience integrating with Constant Contact
- Experience integrating with Calendly
- Experience integrating with Google Workspace
- Experience integrating with Zapier
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, healthcare, or referral-based businesses
Responsibilities
- Develop an AI-powered referral development system
- Automate outreach and follow-up with referral sources
- Create an AI assistant for our Sales & Admissions Director
- Streamline CRM documentation and reporting
- Automate meeting summaries and task creation
- Improve lead management and tour follow-up
- Generate referral source and occupancy dashboards
- Identify additional opportunities for automation across the organization
