About The Position

Applewood Our House, a family-owned provider of residential memory care operating five small homes in the Denver metro area, is seeking an experienced AI Automation & Workflow Consultant. This role focuses on designing and implementing practical AI solutions to enhance sales, marketing, admissions, referral development, and operational processes. The consultant will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building workflows, integrating systems, and achieving measurable efficiencies. This is a hands-on role, not a theoretical strategy position.

Requirements

Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
Experience in building workflows.
Experience in integrating systems.
Ability to create measurable efficiencies.
Experience integrating with systems such as CRM platforms, Constant Contact, Calendly, Google Workspace, and Zapier.

Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, healthcare, or referral-based businesses.

Responsibilities

Design and implement practical AI solutions for sales, marketing, admissions, referral development, and operational processes.
Develop an AI-powered referral development system.
Automate outreach and follow-up with referral sources.
Create an AI assistant for the Sales & Admissions Director.
Streamline CRM documentation and reporting.
Automate meeting summaries and task creation.
Improve lead management and tour follow-up.
Generate referral source and occupancy dashboards.
Identify additional opportunities for automation across the organization.
Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as CRM platforms, Constant Contact, Calendly, Google Workspace, and Zapier.
