We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using AI tools. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing manual tasks, and integrating AI solutions into business operations. The specialist collaborates with marketing, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflows, monitors automation performance, and continually improves solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Basic understanding of workflows, logic, and data structures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in marketing automation or operations.
Basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI optimization.
Experience working remotely or with global teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business processes.
Integrate CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make.
Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation solutions.
Build and optimize chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflows.
Monitor automation performance and continuously improve automations.
Troubleshoot and fix automation errors or inefficiencies.
Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends.
