About The Position

The AI Automation Specialist designs, develops, and implements AI-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline organizational processes. The role works with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop intelligent systems that increase productivity and reduce manual work. It also involves integrating solutions with existing systems, monitoring their performance, supporting staff adoption, and documenting workflows and solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Analyze current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Develop and deploy AI algorithms and models to automate tasks and optimize performance.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
Monitor and evaluate AI automation system performance, making adjustments as needed.
Provide training and support to staff on new automation tools and processes.
Stay informed about developments in AI and automation technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions for future reference and compliance.
