About The Position

We’re hiring a highly analytical and execution-focused AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation systems that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who understands automation workflows, AI integrations, APIs, operational systems, and scalable process design. You’ll work across multiple business functions including Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Reporting, CRM workflows, Onboarding, and Internal Systems. Your goal will be to automate repetitive work and improve business efficiency using AI and automation tools. If you enjoy building systems that save hours of manual work every week, this role is a strong fit.

Requirements

Proven experience in workflow automation, operations automation, AI integrations, and process optimization
Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate
Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AI APIs
Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, automation logic, and data structures
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environments

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python, JavaScript, scripting, and backend logic
Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Databases
Experience integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Monday.com, CRMs
Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI optimization, RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

Responsibilities

Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
Replace repetitive manual tasks with scalable automation systems
Design AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and operational speed
Translate business needs into practical automation solutions
Build and maintain workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate
Integrate AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs
Automate workflows across customer support, reporting, operations, HR, marketing, lead management, and data entry
Connect platforms using APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations
Ensure reliable data flow across systems and platforms
Troubleshoot automation failures and workflow errors
Maintain scalable and reliable automation architecture
Monitor automation reliability and performance
Improve workflows for speed, uptime, scalability, and maintainability
Continuously optimize automation logic based on business feedback, operational needs, and workflow performance
Maintain organized documentation for workflows, automations, APIs, integrations, and logic maps
Create SOPs and operational references for automation systems
Ensure stakeholders understand automation outcomes and processes
