About The Position

In this role, you will identify and prioritize the best AI Use Cases for our processes and the entire organization in collaboration with the teams. You will build AI-powered solutions not in isolation, but develop the entire organization through close sparring. You will teach others what is possible, creating a real snowball effect. You will develop smart applications for areas such as content, customer service, and internal workflows. You will integrate AI applications with existing systems via APIs and bring your prototypes into reliable, maintainable production operation. Together with the team, you will establish best practices for deployment and operation (with a focus on monitoring, quality, and costs). You will be the absolute go-to person for business units wanting to integrate AI into their daily work. You will translate business pain points into technical solutions and alleviate people's concerns through understandable, practical explanations. You will make successful solutions and best practices transparent within the company and usable for other teams. You will ensure our systems are secure and that the team knows exactly how to use tools responsibly. You will translate abstract data protection and governance requirements into pragmatic, everyday guardrails and actively develop our AI guidelines.

Requirements

Successfully introduced and measurably automated AI in an e-commerce company across departments.
Significantly automated processes.
Strong technical implementation skills.
Driven and shaped AI strategy and technology deployment in previous roles.
Experience working closely with key users.
Experience enabling colleagues and spreading enthusiasm within the organization.
Deep practical experience with generative AI, AI tools, and developing AI-powered applications.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Ability to build prototypes quickly while considering maintainability, operation, and documentation.
Good sense for security, data protection, and cost-benefit analysis.
Experience with modern, API-driven e-commerce setups (e.g., SCAYLE, Headless Frontend, PIM, ERP, CDP platforms).
Familiarity with standard collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft, Confluence).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in Data Engineering, Deployment, or DevOps.
Coming from the region and utilizing the office more frequently.
Specific bicycle knowledge (interest in the bike world is sufficient).
