About The Position

This role serves as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs. The Lead will foster a collaborative and transparent working relationship, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining current-state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, and establishing a technology and automation roadmap aligned with organizational priorities. The role involves identifying opportunities for workflow streamlining, reducing manual effort, and improving efficiency through automation and process redesign, recommending solutions that deliver measurable impact. Collaboration with IT teams for the design, evaluation, and implementation of solutions like RPA, AI, and machine learning is crucial, as is supporting project planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment. The Lead will also partner with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners and promote continuous learning and proficiency in emerging technologies within the team. The role operates effectively in a fully remote capacity, requiring accountability, communication, and self-management, and contributes to a collaborative team culture. This role will require working US hours.

Requirements

  • Maintain current‑state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and future‑state vision.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
  • Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions—including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities.
  • Support project planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners and provide feedback on vendor performance, capabilities, and future enhancements.
  • Promote continuous learning and encourage team proficiency in emerging technologies, automation and AI.
  • Operate effectively in a fully remote role, demonstrating accountability, communication, and self‑management.
