About The Position

Owns the delivery, enablement, and community-building functions of the AI Accelerator’s enablement program. The AI Accelerator is a central team responsible for helping Caterpillar’s enterprise functions — such as engineering, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing — adopt and leverage AI. This role is the primary interface between the AI Accelerator and Caterpillar’s central L&D organization and is responsible for driving an AI curriculum that increases use case velocity across Caterpillar’s enterprise functions. This is a foundational role for the enablement program we are building and will need to be comfortable doing hands-on enablement – running workshops, demonstrating capabilities, and helping teams connect AI tools to their actual workflows – as well as forming a strategy to scale the program over time. Reports to the Senior Director, AI Accelerator.
