•$149,000 - $248,000

About The Position

The AI Architect designs practical AI-enabled solution architectures that translate business and supervisory priorities into implementable technology solutions. The role focuses particularly on applying AI to regulatory examination workflows, staff planning, budgeting, workflow management, and other mission-oriented processes. It assesses existing technology environments to identify opportunities, dependencies, constraints, and impediments to integrating AI into systems and workflows, and develops architectures that integrate with core enterprise platforms while defining data flows, interfaces, integrations, and dependencies. The AI Architect translates business, functional, and technical requirements into executable designs, collaborating across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders. The position may lead or support hands-on implementation, including configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, defect and root-cause analysis, deployment, and transition to sustainable operations. Designs must incorporate technology risk, cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, resiliency, and regulatory considerations. The role also supports remediation and corrective actions related to examination, audit, technology-assessment, or other review findings; develops traceable, version-controlled architecture and implementation documentation; and supports knowledge transfer and training. The position requires at least eight years of professional experience. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust, with approved adjudication required before onboarding, and US citizenship is contractually required. An active Public Trust or Suitability is preferred. A bachelor's degree is listed as a preferred qualification. The stated annual salary range is $149,000 to $248,000, with compensation dependent on factors including skills, experience, training, clearances, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus.
