AI APP Engineer
About The Position
TekWissen is recruiting an AI APP Engineer for a six-month temporary onsite assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on engineers who apply AI throughout the software development lifecycle, alongside Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise. The engineer will contribute to transforming how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, and supported using AI-enabled workflows, in alignment with the client's Supply Chain AIFC strategy and broader AI transformation goals. The role calls for hands-on experience using AI for requirements analysis and design, code generation and refactoring, testing and test automation, regression strategies, DevOps, code review, documentation, and operational support. Relevant experience may include GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows. Candidates should be able to quantify business outcomes from AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower testing effort, or faster issue resolution. The position is broader than a dedicated testing role.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience.
- Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and support.
- Experience with AI-assisted requirements analysis and design, AI-driven code generation and refactoring, and AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies.
- Ability to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption.
