Requirements

Experience driving end-to-end computer vision research and development, moving prototypes toward operational applications
Experience partnering across engineering and research groups to mature algorithms, define interfaces, and harden training or inference pipelines for deployment
Experience formulating agentic AI as new fundamental research, including surveying, scoping the problem space, and defining research questions with evaluation criteria
Knowledge of hierarchical classification, 2D-3D representation, deep learning, Agentic AI, multi-view geometry, and synthetic data generation
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering

Nice To Haves

Experience establishing evaluation protocols such as benchmarks, ablations, and error analyses
Knowledge of domain adaptation, multi-modal models, and robust pose estimation
