About The Position

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs while complying with the organization’s strategies, business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in application development, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science
3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or machine learning applications at enterprise scale
1+ years of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data to support machine learning workflows
1+ years of experience building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or model training and deployment pipelines
Experience creating solutions within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
Ability to code and develop scalable solutions from scratch using languages such as Python or TypeScript
Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve creatively, and operate with minimal supervision
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics and 3+ years of experience in a professional technical work environment or 7+ years of experience in a professional technical work environment in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with full-stack application development or deploying ML models
Experience with Palantir tools such as Foundry
Experience with distributed data or computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, or pipeline data science tools such as Alteryx
Experience working on real-time data, streaming applications, or AI model deployment
Experience with data warehousing using AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake
Experience with Agile engineering practices
Ability to rapidly master new AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools
Ability to be technically curious and eager to learn
