AI and Innovation Manager
About The Position
Mark-Taylor is hiring an AI & Innovation Manager (Technology) for its corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role supports the development and execution of innovation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, resident experience, and business performance. The manager researches and evaluates emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and data tools, and works with teams across the company to identify operational needs and implement appropriate solutions. The position also supports pilot programs, technology rollouts, process standardization, training, and adoption, while tracking and reporting the impact of innovation initiatives. Travel to communities throughout the Phoenix Valley may be needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or innovation roles; multifamily or real estate experience is preferred.
- Proven success implementing AI, automation, or workflow-optimization solutions.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with executives, on-site teams, and vendors.
- A data-driven mindset and ability to measure and report on impact.
- Ability to travel to communities throughout the Phoenix Valley as needed.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, understand operational needs, and support implementation of new solutions.
- Help coordinate pilot programs and technology rollouts, including documentation and process standardization.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to innovation and process-improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, proptech developments, and tools relevant to multifamily operations.
- Support training, communication, and adoption efforts for new systems and processes.
