About The Position

We are seeking an AI and Emerging Technologies Assurance Lead that is responsible for defining and executing Threat Intelligence and Assurance strategies that identify, analyze, and validate risks associated with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. This role leads cross functional efforts to assess how threat actors target and abuse AI systems, models, and platforms, monitors the rapidly evolving global AI model landscape, and integrates threat intelligence, security testing, and assurance analysis into business unit decision making. Acting as a senior advisor, the role translates complex technical and threat insights into clear, risk informed guidance that supports secure innovation, operational resilience, and regulatory confidence across State Street.

Requirements

Experience in defining and executing Threat Intelligence and Assurance strategies.
Experience in identifying, analyzing, and validating risks associated with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional efforts to assess threat actor targeting and abuse of AI systems, models, and platforms.
Experience monitoring the global AI model landscape.
Experience integrating threat intelligence, security testing, and assurance analysis into business unit decision making.
Ability to translate complex technical and threat insights into clear, risk-informed guidance.
Understanding of secure innovation, operational resilience, and regulatory confidence.
