About The Position

The AI Analyst, Enterprise AI Operations, owns the requirement-gathering and process-mapping lifecycle for enterprise AI initiatives. The role partners with business leaders to document workflows, identify automation opportunities, and help ensure AI investments address impactful operational bottlenecks. It bridges operational needs and technical possibilities to create alignment across business and technology teams.

The analyst works across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding, documenting business requirements and measuring the return and performance of deployed AI solutions. The role also maintains documentation related to data lineage, compliance, and auditing standards and tracks KPIs for time savings, automation rates, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience across business analysis, process improvement, or fund operations; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to map workflows and translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics, with a strong conceptual understanding.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.
• Deep conceptual understanding of financial services or fund administration workflows.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• An operator mindset with a focus on execution and process outcomes.
• Regularly sit and stand; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities are required.

• Occasional travel of approximately 10% or less may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map complex operational workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding to identify AI use cases.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from end-users to guide technical development.
• Measure and report on the ROI and performance metrics of deployed AI solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding data lineage, compliance, and auditing standards.
• Track KPIs tied to time savings, process automation rates, and operational efficiency gains.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
