About The Position

We are building a fleet of autonomous AI agents operating as functional team members across a multi-entity organization. Each agent is provisioned with its own communication stack (email, phone, calendar, video) and operating system defining identity, tools, behavior, and decision-making authority. Agents run across multiple orchestration frameworks and execute real business workflows. This role owns building, deploying, calibrating, and maintaining these agents at production quality across environments.

Requirements

  • Experience with 2+ AI agent frameworks (OpenClaw, Hermes, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Claude Code)
  • Strong understanding of system prompts, tool calling, MCP, and agent interoperability
  • Proficiency in macOS, Node.js, Python, Git, and process management (PM2/systemd)
  • Experience with API integrations (email, SMS, CRM, scheduling, automation tools)
  • Knowledge of environment configuration, secret management, and SQL databases
  • Ability to debug agent behavior using logs and operating files
  • Comfortable managing multiple agents and credentials at scale

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents across multiple orchestration frameworks and runtimes
  • Manage full agent lifecycle: setup, calibration with human teams, monitoring, and optimization
  • Integrate agents with core systems (email, telephony, CRM, scheduling, automation tools)
  • Maintain agent performance: uptime, memory integrity, and correct self-update behavior
  • Enforce cross-entity governance, routing, and compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot runtime, integration, and credential issues across environments
