About The Position

Dynanet Corporation is seeking a full-time, remote AI Agent Developer to contribute directly to the development of complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude. The role focuses on advanced agent development beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering; experience with multi-agent AI systems is valuable. A software engineering or development background and commercial-sector experience are preferred. Candidates may have contributed to AI agent projects without serving as the lead developer. The role also requires strong communication and collaboration, organization, prioritization, judgment, and creative problem-solving. The developer will work with Dynanet teammates, clients, and business partners, collaborate with developers and designers, and respond to requests through email, MS Teams, or other communication channels during core business hours. The position supports IT services delivery for federal agencies.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience developing complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Experience with advanced AI agent development beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, balance, and advance competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
