About The Position

Mazlan is Ideagen's AI capability and one of the most exciting developments we've delivered to customers in recent years. As we continue to evolve Mazlan, we're building a dedicated team focused on helping customers get real value from it during their free trial period. As an AI Adoption Manager, you'll support trial customers across your region, guiding them through Mazlan and helping them integrate it into their day-to-day work. This customer-facing role sits within a newly formed team and offers the opportunity to help shape processes, build strong customer relationships, and develop expertise in AI adoption. Your focus is simple: helping customers get value from Mazlan quickly and confidently, so they can see its impact before their trial ends. This role offers the chance to be part of launching something new at Ideagen, build in-demand AI adoption skills, and make a meaningful impact on customer outcomes within a defined region, with clear progression as the team grows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer success, onboarding, training, implementation, or enablement would be an advantage
  • Experience in a Customer Success, onboarding, implementation, or training role
  • Knowledge of EHS, Quality, Compliance, Risk, or related industries
  • Experience with AI-powered tools or a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Owning engagement for Mazlan free-trial customers within your assigned region
  • Managing a portfolio of trial accounts from activation through to conversion
  • Delivering structured onboarding sessions, demos, workflow walkthroughs, and regular check-ins
  • Understanding customer workflows and tailoring guidance to their specific needs
  • Proactively identifying and removing barriers to adoption, including confidence, time, or technical challenges
  • Translating Mazlan's capabilities into practical, industry-relevant use cases across EHS, Quality, Compliance, and other sectors
  • Sharing best practices and resources that help customers realise value quickly
  • Monitoring trial health and flagging at-risk accounts early
  • Working closely with Sales to support conversion conversations and customer handovers
  • Sharing customer feedback and insights with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
