About The Position

We are seeking an AI Adoption Lead to drive the adoption, integration, and scaling of artificial intelligence across business and IT teams. This role ensures AI initiatives move beyond pilots to deliver measurable, sustained business value by embedding AI into real workflows while aligning with governance and operating-model requirements. The role will be remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or technology adoption
  • Proven experience driving adoption of complex technologies in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI-enabled delivery models
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting AI or GenAI programs in regulated environments
  • Familiarity with AI governance and responsible-AI practices
  • Consulting or client-facing transformation experience
  • Experience defining adoption metrics and value realization frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise AI adoption efforts across business and technology teams
  • Design and execute AI adoption and change strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Embed AI usage into day-to-day workflows rather than parallel experimentation
  • Develop and deliver role-based AI enablement and literacy programs
  • Establish AI communities of practice, champion networks, and coaching models
  • Create and maintain adoption artifacts such as AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and usage guidelines
  • Define adoption KPIs and track value realization and ROI
  • Identify adoption blockers and implement remediation actions
  • Translate AI governance and acceptable-use policies into practical guidance
  • Partner with AI architects, developers, and engineers to align adoption with technical delivery
