About The Position

AGRILAND FS is looking for a proven self-starter who has a passion for agriculture and wants to grow a career in a supportive rural community. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming.

Requirements

  • Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
  • Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
  • Ability and experience to become a consultant in agronomy production
  • Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
  • Confidence to offer agronomic solutions to increase a customer's yield and profitability
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Responsibilities
