About The Position

Agronomy Operations employees will be responsible for carrying out general operational job duties including but not limited to custom application and delivery of NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s products and services in the most efficient and professional manner to increase NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s brand market share and company profitability. This role involves performing custom application of crop protection and crop nutrient products, delivering seed, crop protection, and crop nutrients, and assisting with equipment and facilities maintenance. The employee must ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies, comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s safety policies, maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and engage in continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.

Requirements

• Minimum two years work experience that is applicable to the duties of the job.
• Good communication skills.
• Class A CDL plus hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Custom Applicators License.
• Basic Principals and Practices and Bobtail Delivery Certification.
• Obtain all other certifications required by NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
• Ability to physically perform duties required to accomplish job responsibilities including, but not limited to: lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Possess a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom application of crop protection and crop nutrient products according to NuWay-K&H Cooperative standards.
• Delivery of seed, crop protection and crop nutrients.
• Assisting in completion of equipment and facilities maintenance programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies.
• Comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s safety policies.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
• Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
• Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
