Innovative Ag Services Co. is hiring an Agronomy Business Development Manager for their Southeast Territory. This individual will oversee the sales force at the following locations: Andrew, Cascade, Central City, Farley and Monticello, Iowa. The primary objective is to be responsible for the development, coaching, accountability, and performance of all salespeople in the assigned market. This role recruits and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth consistent with the company vision and mission. It establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the team’s professional development, training, and educational needs. This position will ensure effective communication and teamwork with the operations team to maximize company efficiency and enhance the grower experience.
