About The Position

This isn’t just about selling equipment. This is about showing up on the farm, understanding the operation, and helping someone make the right call for their livelihood. At Flaman, we believe sales is service — and that starts with trust. As an Agriculture Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the field (literally), working directly with farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses to make sure they have the right tools, trailers, bins, and equipment to keep things moving. Sales experience is great. A passion for Agriculture is even better.

Requirements

• You speak “agriculture" whether you grew up on one or just get it
• You believe in ensuring the success of others around you
• You’re self-motivated and don’t need someone to hover over you
• You like chasing opportunities and earning trust before a sale

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers on their yard or in the shop
• Connect with customers & build long-lasting relationships
• Quoting and closing deals with confidence
• Coordinating with rentals, service, and parts to deliver the full experience
• Following up after the sale — because that’s when relationships really start
• Building your territory, your pipeline, and your reputation.
