About The Position

Develops and manages agriculture, commercial and consumer loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, finance or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of lending policies and procedures, including state and federal regulations.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong Financial, analytical and underwriting skills.
• Knowledge of lending policies and procedures, including state and federal regulation.
