About The Position

CHS Inc. is hiring a full-time Laborer/Truck Driver in Glasgow, Montana. The role performs general labor and trucking operations within CHS grain and agronomy, including loading and unloading grain, agronomy, feed, and other agricultural products. Work also includes preparing trucks and railcars, maintaining equipment and work areas, monitoring inventory quality, delivering products, and supporting safe and compliant operations. The position may involve learning to monitor grain quality, mix and load fertilizer or chemical products, and assist with train loading.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins, and into the back of a trailer.
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
• Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends.
• Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Agriculture background.
• Customer service experience.
• Bulk liquid, pressure trailer, or forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading and unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain a strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties.
