About The Position

Agriterra Equipment is seeking an experienced Agriculture Equipment Technician to join their team in Lloydminster, AB. As one of North America's largest AGCO dealers, representing brands like Massey Ferguson, Fendt, and CAT agricultural products, Agriterra offers a dynamic work environment. The role involves working on a diverse range of agriculture equipment, from large machinery to lawn and garden equipment, performing diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections. The technician will also conduct pre-season inspections, participate in manufacturer training, and meticulously document work orders and recommendations. Work may be performed in the shop or in the field.

Requirements

• Proficient with computer and electrical diagnostics (CANBUS troubleshooting and using an Electronic Scan Tool).
• A problem solver, finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic.
• Experience with agriculture equipment (including experience growing up or working on a farm).

Responsibilities

• Working on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Morris seeding products and more.
• Servicing large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment.
• Performing diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, and maintenance.
• Conducting pre-delivery inspections of equipment.
• Performing pre-season inspections and updates to equipment.
• Completing detailed notes on work orders and recommendations for additional work.
• Completing work in the shop and/or field as needed.
