You’ll be out in our yards and job sites, working from a service truck, making sure our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to go when operations need it. Requirements

3+ years working on heavy equipment
Strong troubleshooting ability
Comfortable working independently in a field setting
Someone reliable, practical, and a team player
Willing to travel and be away from home during your shift
Thrives in a rapidly changing environment
Heavy Duty Equipment Technician 421A
Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract

Nice To Haves

310T considered an asset
DZ or AZ is a strong asset
Welding experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment in ready-to-work condition
Perform regular maintenance and inspections
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
Handle breakdowns and complete repairs in the field
Take on larger repairs or overhauls when needed
Test equipment to make sure it’s performing properly before it goes back to work
Complete work orders and inspections clearly and accurately
Help guide and support apprentices on the team
Take on welding repairs as required
Pitch in where needed
