Requirements

Strong background in finance and agriculture.
Excellent analytical abilities to assess creditworthiness and risk.
Top-notch communication skills to build rapport with members and present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including but not limited to Excel, loan origination systems, and credit analysis software.
Detail-oriented and organized to navigate loan documentation and compliance requirements.
