About The Position

The Agreements Coordinator will provide 100% on-site support for the DHA and Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) in Falls Church, VA. This part-time role involves drafting, reviewing, and coordinating various partnership documents, ensuring compliance with DHA policy and DoD regulations. The coordinator will maintain a centralized tracking system for agreements, support compliance reviews, and provide briefings to ASBPD leadership. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of experience in agreement coordination or related fields, with a preference for experience in a federal healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in agreement coordination, contract administration, or federal program support.
  • Experience working in a DoD, DHA, or federal healthcare environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with MOAs, MOUs, ISSAs, or interagency agreements.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Military Health System (MHS) operations.
  • Experience supporting medical logistics or blood program operations.
  • Familiarity with DoD fiscal law considerations impacting support agreements.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executive briefings.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and coordinate MOAs, MOUs, Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISSAs), and other partnership documents.
  • Facilitate coordination among Service components, military treatment facilities (MTFs), donor centers, and external partners.
  • Ensure agreement language aligns with DHA policy, DoD regulations, and ASBP operational requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized agreements tracking system with milestone dates, renewal timelines, and approval status.
  • Maintain version control and document retention in accordance with records management requirements.
  • Support internal compliance reviews and audit readiness efforts.
  • Provide briefings to ASBPD leadership on related needs.
  • Recommend improvements to agreement templates, tracking tools, and workflow processes.
