Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) Agreement Management Organization is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as an Agreement Specialist. You will serve as an Agreement Specialist, who is responsible for the planning, preparation, negotiation, submission, and execution of all agreements used in obtaining Laboratory services by industry, academia, and other government agencies.

Requirements

• Level 2: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, finance, legal or other contracts related field and at least 2 years of professional level experience or an advanced degree plus 1 year of professional level experience required.
• Level 3: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, finance, legal or other contracts related field and at least 5 years of professional level experience or an advanced degree plus 3 years of professional level experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification process to determine appropriate Department of Energy approved contract mechanisms including CRADA, SPP, and ACT.
• Manages all contracts from pre-planning and negotiation stages through to completion and closeout.
• Provide direction and assistance to Laboratory clients in development of contracts and scopes of work along with other applicable documentation.
• Prepare required documentation for DOE review and approval.
